Because I lost my phone.

Well, technically speaking, I lost a phone. But what I lost actually far exceeds what the phone is worth. All my damn contacts, serveral blog entries I saved in my phone, the freedom to surf on the go, contactablility…. the list goes on and on.

What angers me most was that, everytime I find a phone or wallet, I make sure it is returned to it’s rightful owner – even if I have to take my own personal time to meet the owner at a desginated place.

However, whenever it was my turn to lose something, it never comes back.

Good guys die young. Really.

Some thoughts which came to my mind when I was all alone and doing nothing…

I sat in the middle of non-where, staring into blank space. With absolutely nothing to do for 8 hours, I thought of a lot of things. Running through my contact list, I came across her name.

How long has it been since I last talked to her? I wonder.

And as I sat there, I begun to see the painful movie unfolding in my mind, of how I met her, how she insisted on coming to my house and how things became what they are now. A sad tingling sensation washed over me, for maybe, she was the only girl I had really really wanted in my life and yet, I let the chance slipped away.

Just like clutching a handful of sand – the harder you grasp, the faster it flows. Perhaps, if I had handled the situation better, we would have still been friends. There was never an end, for sometimes suddenly, I find myself longing to see her. Just a glimpse, to see how she has become.

And deep down, I know for a fact that it’s quite impossible.

Funny, how memories becomes more vivid the harder you try to forget them.

As a teenager, David Rice (Max Thieriot, young David) lives with his father William (Michael Rooker), after his mother, Mary (Diane Lane), left when David was only five. He has no friends in school except for Millie (AnnaSophia Robb, young Millie), whom he has a crush on, and Jack (Gared Bennett) in their home town of Ann Arbor, Michigan. When Jack throws a snow globe that he gave to Millie onto a frozen river and David falls through while trying to retrive it, he discovers he can “Jump” – teleport to anywhere on the planet which he’s previously visited or visualized from a photograph. His first jump ends him up in Ann Arbor’s local library. Using his ability he leaves his childhood home behind and sets himself up in New York City, and steals money from a local bank after seeing the inside of the vault and using it as a Jump point. Over the course of the next 8 years, David (Hayden Christensen) lives life to excess, Jumping all across the world and living a consequence free life.

I don’t know about the professional review of this movie, but I find this movie super boring.

Apparently, not much explanations was given, just fighting and teleporting all over the place.

Rating: 2/5.

May I add, I was jumping all around throughout the whole movie as well.

Hello everyone! Happy Chinese New Year! The scandal has been a great deal of hurt for me and the people around me. I was naive and foolish in the past (admitting to it indirectly) but I am already a grown-up now. I would like to thank my manager, company, family and friends for their support. I’m sorry for the trouble that it has caused to the society. I will work even harder and bravely face up to my life in future. There were also news that Manhattan Titanium, a credit card company decided to drop Edison Chen as their spokesperson.

Edison Chen is also reportedly a wanted man now on three accounts. By sponsors to terminate their contracts with him, triad bosses for his involvement with Vincy Yeung and causing chaos, and the police for possibly committing a crime.
